Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to work days, nights and weekends as required
- Ability to work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to walk or stand 100 percent of shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in restaurant or bar environment preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members
- Friendly and upbeat attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights and weekends
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation policies
- Must be 16 years of age or older
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
- Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Maintain bus stand cleanliness and stocking
- Ensure wait stations remain clean
- Empty trash and spot sweep floors as needed
- Perform opening and closing responsibilities including party breakdown duties
- Restock and prepare supplies for shift changes or closing
- Ensure food is properly garnished prior to serving
- Follow tray procedures to minimize loss and ensure timely food delivery
- Buss and reset tables
- Deliver food to tables and check on guest needs
- Assist guests by clearing dishes and refilling beverages
- Assist in party setups
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms including restocking supplies
- Clean high chairs and booster chairs
- Assist other team members as needed
- Maintain friendly demeanor and communicate clearly during shifts
