Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand and walk for most of the shift
- Comfortable with bending, stooping, and active physical tasks
- Availability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must pass a background check and be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Commitment to adhering to safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus but not required
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, popular environment
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Job Duties
- Greet every player with a smile and friendly energy
- Deliver food and drinks to bays efficiently ensuring player satisfaction
- Assist in preparing non-alcoholic beverages and maintaining clean, stocked service areas
- Buss bays and tables and fold napkins to Topgolf standards
- Support team members by restocking stations and keeping common areas clean
- Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe environment
- Live Topgolf's core values by promoting fun, teamwork, excellence, courage, and caring
