Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality a plus
- ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- comfortable with active physical work including lifting, bending, and walking
- must be able to work in a team-oriented environment

- previous experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Greet every Player with a smile and friendly energy
- deliver food and drinks to bays efficiently
- assist in preparing non-alcoholic beverages
- maintain clean and stocked service areas
- bus bays and tables
- fold napkins to Topgolf standards
- support the team by restocking stations, helping on the tee line, and keeping common areas clean
- adhere to safety and sanitation standards
- embody Topgolf's core values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring
