- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable standing and walking for most of the shift
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including days, nights, and weekends
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to provide friendly and efficient service
- Ability to work in a team and assist in various operational tasks

- Ability to remain calm and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus but not required

- Physical ability to lift items up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Job Duties
- Greet every player with a smile and friendly energy
- Deliver food and drinks to bays efficiently, ensuring players have what they need
- Assist in preparing non-alcoholic beverages and maintaining clean, stocked service areas
- Bus bays and tables, fold napkins to Topgolf standards
- Support the team by restocking stations, helping on the tee line, and keeping common areas clean
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to maintain a safe, clean work environment
- Live and promote Topgolf's core values of fun, one team, excellence, courage, and caring
