Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older (19 in Idaho)
- prior serving or bartending experience
- experience using POS systems
- ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
- ability to obtain food handlers and alcohol serving certifications
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- adherence to safety and legal standards
Job Qualifications
- Experience in serving or bartending
- proficiency with POS systems, Toast preferred
- excellent guest service skills
- ability to upsell and handle sales transactions
- team player with good interpersonal skills
- knowledge of safety and alcohol service standards

- minimum age of 21 years (19 years in Idaho)
Job Duties
- Share the love for promotions and create unforgettable guest experiences
- run drinks and maintain a lively atmosphere
- take food orders, deliver with a smile, and handle payments
- keep lanes, tables, and glassware clean and organized
- stock, organize, and mix drinks to perfection at the bar
- assist with keg room duties and team lifting of kegs
- adhere to safety and alcohol service rules
- assist with opening, closing, and other team duties
