Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Serving or bartending experience
- Experience with POS system (preferably Toast)
- Certification or ability to obtain Food Handlers and Alcohol Serving Certifications
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 21 years old (19 in Idaho)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to safety and compliance with alcohol laws
Job Qualifications
- Someone with serving or bar experience who knows how to keep things smooth and guests happy
- Experience with a POS system, Toast is a plus
- Friendly, confident, and great face-to-face communication skills
- First-class level of guest service skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to handle sales transactions and upsell effectively
- Commitment to safety
- Ability to obtain Food Handlers and Alcohol Serving Certifications
- Must be available to work weekends, nights, and holidays
- Must be 21 years or older (19 in Idaho)
Job Duties
- Share the love for Big Al's promos and help make every guest's time unforgettable
- Run drinks, serve up good vibes, and keep the fun rolling
- Take orders, deliver food with a smile, and handle payments like a pro
- Keep things clean and sparkling - lanes, tables, glassware, and more
- Stock, organize, and mix drinks to perfection at the bar
- Help with keg room duties and lift kegs with teammates when needed
- Stick to safety and alcohol rules to keep the party going strong
- Lend a hand with opening, closing, and anything else that makes the team shine
