- prior experience in automotive service or customer service preferred
- ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
- flexible availability to work occasional overtime or weekends
- reliable transportation

- valid driver's license
- ability to complete motor vehicle record (MVR), background, and drug screen

Job Duties
- Move vehicles safely around the dealership lot and service area
- Maintain cleanliness of the service department and lot
- Assist technicians and service advisors with vehicle preparation and delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients arriving at the service department
- Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Perform basic maintenance checks on vehicles as needed
- Communicate effectively with service department staff
