Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmissions preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in varying weather conditions
- Attendance and punctuality are mandatory
- Previous experience in an automotive service environment is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Safely move customer vehicles to and from service lanes, technician bays, parking areas, and the wash bay
- Deliver completed vehicles to the appropriate pickup area
- Assist technicians with vehicle placement and retrieval to maintain efficient workflow
- Keep service bays, shop floors, and common work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
- Empty trash, sweep, mop, and perform routine facility upkeep
- Ensure shop tools and equipment are returned to proper storage areas
- Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner when assisting with vehicle intake
- Assist service advisors or management with any requested support tasks
- Help maintain a clean and organized customer drop-off and pick-up area
- Perform basic vehicle cleaning such as vacuuming and exterior wash
- Check fuel levels, battery level for EVs if applicable, and report any concerns
- Ensure vehicles are handled responsibly and protected from damage
- Follow all dealership safety policies and OSHA guidelines
- Report any spills, hazards, or equipment issues immediately
- Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to company driving standards
