Job Duties
- Warmly greet guests and manage seating flow to optimize guest turnover and service quality
- Guide guests to tables, provide menus, and accommodate special seating requests
- Answer basic menu questions and relay any special guest needs to servers or managers
- Handle incoming calls, confirm reservations, and manage take-out orders with accuracy
- Assist with assembling and delivering take-out orders and process payments
- Support servers with beverage service and maintain cleanliness in the front desk area
- Complete opening and closing routines as assigned, including cleaning and administrative duties
