Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or aviation
- 2-4 years of high-end hospitality or customer service experience
- Strong aviation knowledge
- Professional demeanor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to handle stressful situations with a positive attitude
- Willingness to work varied shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, SharePoint, MS Teams
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or aviation
- 2-4 years of experience in high-end hospitality or customer service

- Thorough understanding of hospitality service including proper introductions, table settings, and beverage service

- Demonstrates empathy, assertiveness, diplomacy, and confidence
Job Duties
- Initiate and develop relationships with owners by meeting inbound/outbound passengers to provide exceptional and personalized service
- Communicate with owners regarding operational issues and service requirements to manage expectations
- Troubleshoot flight arrivals and departures at FBO and surrounding airports, proactively correcting issues and mitigating service disruptions
- Communicate with flight crews about local processes and assist with coordination of services
- Develop and maintain positive and professional relationships with vendors including caterers, ground transport providers, and FBOs
- Responsible for daily maintenance of NJ lounges at the service location
- Identify and understand owner concerns and preferences, reporting them to relevant departments to improve satisfaction and likelihood to recommend
