Job Duties
- Deliver automotive products to customers in a timely, safe, and professional manner
- Load and unload inventory from company vehicles, ensuring accuracy and care
- Maintain delivery logs and verify customer orders upon delivery
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and resolve minor issues or escalate as needed
- Assist in warehouse operations, including stocking, organizing, and inventory management
- Inspect and maintain delivery vehicles, reporting any issues or required maintenance
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies during deliveries and warehouse tasks
- Communicate effectively with the operations team regarding delivery schedules and customer feedback
- Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs and reporting opportunities to the sales team
- Represent the company professionally at all times, maintaining a clean and presentable appearance
