Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to use telephone switchboard and multi-line phone systems
  • Proficient in basic computer applications
  • Ability to greet customers warmly and professionally
  • Must be reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with telephone switchboard and basic office software

Job Duties

  • Greet all customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner
  • Direct customers to the appropriate department or point-of-contact
  • Manage inbound phone inquiries and route calls accordingly
  • Coordinate questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel
  • Provide administrative assistance as needed
  • Operate the telephone switchboard for call routing
  • Set a positive, welcoming tone for the company to enhance customer experience
