Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred
  • Ability to handle phone calls professionally and courteously
  • Proficient in using computer systems for data entry and report generation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer and dealer information
  • Must adhere to dress code and punctuality standards
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred
  • Proficiency with computer systems and data entry
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Knowledge of automotive service or dealership operations is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Answer incoming phone calls, directs caller to appropriate department or individual, schedule service appointments or takes a thorough message
  • Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Enters data into computer system and runs necessary reports for management
  • Safeguard customer and dealer information per established policy
  • Adhere to established dress code policy at all times
  • Ensure appearance of the parts and service department and work area is always in pristine condition
  • Adhere to work schedule and arrive at work before your scheduled start time and be at your work station productively engaged by the scheduled time
  • Exemplifies organizational culture and holds others in department accountable for doing the same
  • Schedule service appointments received by incoming phone call, voice mail, email, and live chat
  • Call and schedule appointments for aftermarket products
  • Backup loaner car desk and customer service representatives as needed
  • Maintain service and parts filing and scanning
  • Other related duties as may be assigned
