Job Requirements

  • prior experience in customer service or related field preferred
  • proficient with computer and telephone systems

Job Duties

  • Answer incoming phone calls, direct caller to appropriate department or individual, schedule service appointments or take thorough messages
  • communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • enter data into computer system and run necessary reports for management
  • safeguard customer and dealer information per established policy
  • adhere to established dress code policy at all times
  • ensure appearance of the parts and service department and work area is always in pristine condition
  • adhere to work schedule and arrive at work before scheduled start time and be productively engaged by scheduled time
  • schedule service appointments received by incoming phone call, voice mail, email, and live chat
  • call and schedule appointments for aftermarket products
  • backup loaner car desk and customer service representatives as needed
  • maintain service and parts filing and scanning
  • perform other related duties as may be assigned
