Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
  • Availability to work flexible hours between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm Monday through Saturday
  • Ability to operate office equipment such as phones, computers, copiers, and fax machines
  • Capacity to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting up to 10 pounds
  • Successful completion of background screening

  • Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
  • Proficiency with office equipment and computer systems
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Job Duties

  • Increase the service traffic of the dealership by receiving inbound calls and scheduling service appointments
  • Answer digital calls through Subaru's Starlink system
  • Perform miscellaneous office duties including scanning documents
  • Manage phone and switchboard communications
  • Maintain organized service appointment schedules
  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide outstanding customer service
