Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
- Availability to work flexible hours between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm Monday through Saturday
- Ability to operate office equipment such as phones, computers, copiers, and fax machines
- Capacity to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting up to 10 pounds
- Successful completion of background screening

- Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Proficiency with office equipment and computer systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Increase the service traffic of the dealership by receiving inbound calls and scheduling service appointments
- Answer digital calls through Subaru's Starlink system
- Perform miscellaneous office duties including scanning documents
- Manage phone and switchboard communications
- Maintain organized service appointment schedules
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide outstanding customer service
