Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service or receptionist experience
  • Ability to handle inbound calls and schedule appointments efficiently
  • Proficiency with office machines and digital communication tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 10 pounds
  • Successful completion of background screening

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with office equipment and computer systems
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Positive attitude and team player mentality
  • Basic knowledge of automotive service processes is a plus

Job Duties

  • Increasing the service traffic of the dealership by receiving inbound call and scheduling service appointments
  • Answering digital calls through Toyota's Telematic system
  • Performing miscellaneous office duties including but not limited to scanning documents
  • Utilizing office equipment such as phone, switchboard, computer, adding machine, copier, calculator, stapler, fax machine, postage machine
  • Handling physical demands including frequent twisting, reaching, intermittent standing, walking and sitting
  • Ensuring accuracy in all service department communications and documentation
