Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a customer service or receptionist position preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm Monday through Saturday
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • positive attitude and teamwork orientation
  • successful completion of background screening

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • experience in customer service or receptionist roles preferred
  • proficiency with computers and office equipment
  • ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • friendly and professional demeanor
  • basic knowledge of automotive service processes is a plus

Job Duties

  • Increasing service traffic by receiving inbound calls and scheduling service appointments
  • answering digital calls through Subaru's Starlink system
  • performing miscellaneous office duties such as scanning documents
  • managing phone and switchboard operations
  • maintaining organized service records
  • greeting customers and ensuring high-quality customer service
  • coordinating communication between service technicians and customers
