Job Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in a similar position and knowledge of automotive parts and service preferred
  • can work in a fast-paced and challenging environment handling multiple projects
  • must have excellent administrative, organizational, and communication skills
  • valid driver’s license
  • must be willing to submit a background check prior to employment

Job Duties

  • Answer service calls and schedule appointments
  • provide administrative support to the service department
  • prepare, review, and process warranty claims
  • ensure the dealership is paid for all warranty work by preparing, flagging, submitting, and following up on each claim
  • coordinate with vendors and manufacturers to ensure prompt receipt of replacement parts
  • communicate with customers and service technicians to define warranty claim resolutions and set expectations
  • follow up on each claim to ensure service delivery and dealership compensation
  • stay up to date with all factory recalls, announcements, and procedures
