Job Requirements
- At least two years of experience in a similar position and knowledge of automotive parts and service preferred
- can work in a fast-paced and challenging environment handling multiple projects
- must have excellent administrative, organizational, and communication skills
- valid driver’s license
- must be willing to submit a background check prior to employment

Job Duties
- Answer service calls and schedule appointments
- provide administrative support to the service department
- prepare, review, and process warranty claims
- ensure the dealership is paid for all warranty work by preparing, flagging, submitting, and following up on each claim
- coordinate with vendors and manufacturers to ensure prompt receipt of replacement parts
- communicate with customers and service technicians to define warranty claim resolutions and set expectations
- follow up on each claim to ensure service delivery and dealership compensation
- stay up to date with all factory recalls, announcements, and procedures
