Job Requirements
- At least two years of experience in a similar position and knowledge of automotive parts and service preferred
- can work in a fast-paced and challenging environment handling multiple projects
- must have excellent administrative, organizational, and communication skills
- valid driver’s license
- must be willing to submit a background check prior to employment

Job Duties
- Answer service calls and schedule appointments
- provide administrative support to service department
- prepare, review, and process warranty claims
- ensure dealership is paid for warranty work by handling claims accurately and timely
- coordinate with vendors and manufacturers for replacement parts
- communicate with customers and service technicians to define warranty claim scope and set expectations
- follow up on claims to ensure service delivery and dealership compensation
- stay updated on factory recalls, announcements, and procedures
