Job Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in a similar position and knowledge of automotive parts and service preferred
  • Can work in a fast-paced and challenging environment handling multiple projects
  • Must have excellent administrative, organizational, and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must be willing to submit a background check prior to employment

Job Duties

  • Answer service calls and schedule appointments
  • Provide administrative support to the service department
  • Prepare, review, and process warranty claims
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment for warranty work by preparing, flagging, submitting, and following up on claims
  • Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers to ensure prompt receipt of replacement parts
  • Communicate with customers and service technicians to define the scope of warranty claim resolution and set expectations
  • Follow up with each claim to ensure service delivery and dealership compensation
  • Stay up to date with factory recalls, announcements, and procedures
