Job Requirements
- At least two years of experience in a similar position and knowledge of automotive parts and service preferred
- Can work in a fast-paced and challenging environment handling multiple projects
- Must have excellent administrative, organizational, and communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Must be willing to submit a background check prior to employment

Job Duties
- Answer service calls and schedule appointments
- Provide administrative support to the service department
- Prepare, review, and process warranty claims
- Ensure timely and accurate payment for warranty work by preparing, flagging, submitting, and following up on claims
- Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers to ensure prompt receipt of replacement parts
- Communicate with customers and service technicians to define the scope of warranty claim resolution and set expectations
- Follow up with each claim to ensure service delivery and dealership compensation
- Stay up to date with factory recalls, announcements, and procedures
