- Can work in a fast-paced and challenging environment handling multiple projects
- Must have excellent administrative, organizational, and communication skills

Job Duties
- Answer service calls and schedule appointments
- Provide administrative support to the service department
- Prepare, review, and process warranty claims
- Ensure timely and accurate submission and follow-up of warranty claims
- Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers for replacement parts
- Communicate with customers and service technicians to define warranty claim resolution
- Follow up on claims to ensure customer service delivery and dealership compensation
- Stay updated with factory recalls, announcements, and procedures
