Job Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in a similar position and knowledge of automotive parts and service preferred
  • can work in a fast-paced and challenging environment handling multiple projects
  • must have excellent administrative, organizational, and communication skills
  • valid driver's license

Job Duties

  • Answer service calls and schedule appointments
  • provide administrative support to the service department
  • prepare, review, and process warranty claims
  • ensure timely and accurate processing of warranty claims for dealership payment
  • coordinate with vendors and manufacturers for prompt replacement parts
  • communicate with customers and service technicians regarding warranty claim details and expectations
  • follow up on warranty claims to ensure service delivery and compensation
  • stay updated with factory recalls, announcements, and procedures
