Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in valet or porter services preferred
- valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- physical ability to operate vehicles safely
- reliability and punctuality
- ability to follow company safety protocols
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet customers as they arrive in the service drive and inform the corresponding service advisor of their arrival
- ensure a clean environment for customers to enjoy
- transport clients to and from their requested destinations in a prompt and polite manner
- complete a log at the time of delivery and request customer's signature
- always keep courtesy car neat and clean
- always advise the Scheduling Coordinator of your location
- turn in all paperwork and keys nightly to the Scheduling Coordinator
- help maintain the professional appearance of the service department
- secure cars on premises, usually inside the shop, before leaving for the day
- assist Service Advisors in the Service Drive as needed with tagging and moving vehicles and greeting customers
- follow company safety policies and practices, and immediately report all accidents to a manager or supervisor
- closely follow delivery schedules and delivery area guidelines
- other duties as assigned by management
