Job Requirements
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- GED or high school education preferred
- Valid driver's license and ability to maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
- Ability to drive a standard transmission vehicle preferred
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in writing, oral or diagram
- Demonstrated resourcefulness and ability to take initiative in completion of projects
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good verbal communication skills
- Able to work effectively with a wide range of individuals
- Must be able to work outside year round in a wide range of temperatures
- Must be able to stand, walk, use hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl throughout the shift

Job Duties
- Greet customers when they arrive for service and direct them to the appropriate service advisor
- Drive customer and dealership vehicles in a careful and prudent manner
- Prepare cars for service with protective materials such as floor mats and seat covers
- Remove cars ready to park from service lane and lock the car after parking it
- Respond promptly to cashier's request for customer key pick-up
- Remove all protective material from cars in drive-out lane after pulling them up for customer pick up
- Maintain the service lane and customer lounges clean and orderly at all times
- Maintain the entrance and exit to the service and drive out lanes clean and orderly at all times
- Assist in the shop as assigned for day to day cleaning
- Assist the service manager, service advisors, and other dealership personnel as requested
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management
