Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 19 years of age
  • GED or high school education preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
  • Ability to drive a standard transmission vehicle preferred
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in writing, oral or diagram
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness and ability to take initiative in completion of projects
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Able to work effectively with a wide range of individuals
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
  • Must be able to work outside year round in a wide range of temperatures
  • Must be able to pass physical demands of the job

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
  • Ability to drive a standard transmission vehicle preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet customers when they arrive for service and direct them to the appropriate service advisor
  • Drive customer and dealership vehicles in a careful and prudent manner
  • Prepare cars for service with protective materials such as floor mats and seat covers
  • Remove cars ready to park from service lane and lock the car after parking it
  • Respond promptly to cashier's request for customer key pick-up
  • Remove all protective material from cars in drive-out lane after pulling them up for customer pick up
  • Maintain the service lane and customer lounges clean and orderly at all times
  • Maintain the entrance and exit to the service and drive out lanes clean and orderly at all times
  • Assist in the shop as assigned for day to day cleaning
  • Assist the Service Manager, Service Advisors and other dealership personnel as requested
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management
