Job Duties
- manage vehicles flow in service stalls service lanes service drive and parking lot
- work with service advisor to complete tasks including key tracking cleaning cars driving vehicles between locations following display standards fielding customer requests and other duties
- ensure customer vehicles are ready for return after repairs
- clean parking lot service stalls and vehicle areas as needed
- perform light cleaning and tidying to maintain shop cleanliness
- manage customer service needs with a positive attitude
