Job Duties
- Moving cars between different areas of the lot including the showroom service department and customer pickup areas in a timely manner
- Arranging vehicles on the lot in a visually appealing manner to attract potential buyers
- Performing light cleaning tasks like wiping down exteriors vacuuming interiors and checking tire pressure
- Ensuring cars have adequate charge levels
- Assisting customers with loading and unloading belongings from vehicles
- Keeping track of vehicle locations and ensuring accurate inventory records assisting in stocking new vehicles
- Removal of all plastic and shipping materials and drive vehicle up to 25-30 miles after repair to confirm completion
- Cleaning and detailing vehicles before customer pickup
- Providing exceptional customer service ensuring loaner cars are in the same condition as when loaned maintaining the loaner fleet clean and charged coordinating shuttles with driver and greeter personnel ensuring loaner vehicles are readily available
- Maintaining a professional work area following punctuality and attendance guidelines
- Emptying waste bins daily maintaining customer lounge snacks coffee bar and bathroom cleanliness
