Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
ability to pass background check and drug screening
authorized to work in the USA
ability to follow safety policies and procedures
availability to work full time Monday through Saturday
good physical condition for vehicle movement and standing for extended periods

Job Duties

Greet all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat professional attitude
answer their questions and direct them to the appropriate person or location
determine if customers coming into service have an appointment
record customer’s name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage (walk around)
control service traffic flow, parking and assist with loaner vehicles as needed
park vehicles after they have been written up
drive safely and report any lot damage immediately
retrieve customer vehicles at cashier for pick-up
wait at vehicle for customer
thank customers for their business
install disposable seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats and I.D. tags in all vehicles taken in for service
deliver the keys and repair order hard copies to the appropriate Service Advisor immediately after parking a vehicle in the service parking lot
maintain a clean and safe service drive area, free of trash, water, leaves and dirt
drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed
make key tags for vehicles
maintain a professional appearance
perform other duties as assigned
follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any accidents to a manager or supervisor
