Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • ability to pass background check and drug screening
  • authorized to work in the USA
  • ability to follow safety policies and procedures
  • availability to work full time Monday through Saturday
  • good physical condition for vehicle movement and standing for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Greet all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat professional attitude
  • answer their questions and direct them to the appropriate person or location
  • determine if customers coming into service have an appointment
  • record customer’s name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage (walk around)
  • control service traffic flow, parking and assist with loaner vehicles as needed
  • park vehicles after they have been written up
  • drive safely and report any lot damage immediately
  • retrieve customer vehicles at cashier for pick-up
  • wait at vehicle for customer
  • thank customers for their business
  • install disposable seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats and I.D. tags in all vehicles taken in for service
  • deliver the keys and repair order hard copies to the appropriate Service Advisor immediately after parking a vehicle in the service parking lot
  • maintain a clean and safe service drive area, free of trash, water, leaves and dirt
  • drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed
  • make key tags for vehicles
  • maintain a professional appearance
  • perform other duties as assigned
  • follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any accidents to a manager or supervisor
