Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in automotive service or related field preferred
- valid driver's license and clean driving record
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- physical ability to perform tasks involving lifting and mobility
- commitment to providing excellent customer service
- must have some previous car dealership experience
- ability to read and interpret safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals
Job Qualifications
- prior experience in fast paced customer service environment
- working knowledge of basic car functions characteristics and operations and or prior service advisor experience
- ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals
- basic ms office knowledge computer software internet proficiency and general mathematic skills
- must have some previous car dealership experience
Job Duties
- support the transportation department including checking loaner vehicles in and out and cleaning vehicles as needed
- greet and assist clients arriving for service and those picking up their vehicles
- maintain organization and cleanliness of the parking lot and service lane
- perform quality control checks on vehicles prior to customer pickup including cleanliness basic visual inspection and minor repairs as applicable
- assist clients with pairing phones to vehicles and other light customer support duties
- provide general assistance to the service team as needed
