Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in automotive service or customer service preferred
Ability to communicate clearly and courteously with customers and team members
Basic knowledge of vehicle handling and safety protocols

Job Duties

Promptly greet every customer as they approach service department
Welcome customers and provide them with one of our Service Writers
Install interior protection package (floor and seat covering)
Pull vehicles forward in service lane, place tire inspection form in vehicle
Keep Service lane clear and moving at all times communicating with Service Writer and customer
