Job Duties
- Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival
- Assist customers with vehicle drop-off and pick-up
- Safely drive and park vehicles within the service area
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive and reception area
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and technicians
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure all safety and operational procedures are followed
