- must be 18 years of age or older
- valid Florida driver license
- clean driving record
- must be able to operate manual transmission vehicles
- able to work outdoors 80 percent of the time
- pass comprehensive drug and background screen for employment
- physically capable of performing porter duties
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
