- Physically able to drive and move vehicles
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Authorization to work in the USA
- Successful completion of pre-employment compliance requirements including drug test, background check, and motor vehicle record check

- Authorization to work in the USA
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment compliance including drug testing, background check, and motor vehicle record check
- Completion of an automotive program or some automotive experience preferred
- Previous dealership experience preferred
Job Duties
- Greet all customers entering the service area with a friendly and professional attitude
- Answer customer questions and direct them to the appropriate person or location
- Determine if customers have appointments and record vehicle details including VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing damage
- Move and park vehicles on dealership premises to maintain traffic flow
- Drive vehicles between service lanes, stalls, and parking lots as needed
- Keep dealership lot, driveways, and sidewalks clean, organized, and presentable
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers
- Retrieve customer vehicles at cashier for pick-up and thank customers for their business
- Install disposable seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, and I.D. tags on vehicles brought in for service
- Support service departments by replenishing vehicle fluids and assisting with minor vehicle tasks
- Follow all company safety policies and report any accidents immediately to a manager or supervisor
