Job Duties

  • Safely move, park, and retrieve customer vehicles within the dealership lot
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive, parking areas, and shop spaces
  • Greet customers in the service lane and assist with directing them to advisors as needed
  • Ensure vehicles are staged appropriately for technicians and ready for customer pickup
  • Perform thorough post-service inspections to verify that all repairs, maintenance, and services were completed correctly
  • Identify issues or discrepancies and communicate them promptly to service advisors or technicians
  • Ensure every vehicle meets dealership quality standards prior to returning it to the customer
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to a positive dealership experience
  • Perform other job duties as assigned to meet business needs
