- One to two years related experience and/or training
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos
- Valid driver’s license and insurable
- Willing to submit to a background check and drug screen prior to employment

Job Duties
- Promotes dealership by presenting professional image, positive attitude, and clean work area
- Parking and retrieving service vehicles
- Pick up and deliver customer vehicles
- Cleans carwash and wash bays
- Cleans shop floor and maintains the floor as needed
- Removes trash from shop twice a day and as needed
- Removes old tires as needed and places them in designated areas
- Maintains air reels
- Mops the shop daily and as needed
- Cleans behind and under benches, toolboxes and other equipment weekly
- Sweeps the shop as needed
- Replaces lighting tubes or bulbs as needed
- Cleans and maintains shop vehicles
- Is punctual for the work shift and works entire shift as expected
- Cleans and maintains shop doors, windows, and related equipment
- Keeps drains clean and operational
- Cleans the drive as needed
- Cleans and sweeps outside around shop as needed
