Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in automotive service or customer service preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of vehicle handling and safety procedures

Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with checking in their vehicles for service appointments
- Escort customers to the waiting area or shuttle service as needed
- Provide updates to customers on the status of their vehicles and assist them with any inquiries or requests
- Drive vehicles to and from the service area, parking lots, and other dealership locations as required
- Ensure that vehicles are parked in designated areas and arranged neatly to maximize space efficiency
- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to prioritize vehicle movement and ensure timely delivery to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the service area, including customer waiting areas, service bays, and service drive
