Job Duties
- Greet guests and guide vehicles onto the service drive when Service Advisors are unavailable
- Move vehicles from the service drive to the lot or shop to maintain drive clearance
- Perform quality control by washing and vacuuming vehicles before customer return
- Ensure vehicles are free from rags, tools, cleaning supplies, and grease stains
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
- Assist with other tasks as assigned
- Ensure safety and compliance with dealership procedures
