Job Duties

  • Greet guests and guide vehicles onto the service drive when Service Advisors are unavailable
  • Move vehicles from the service drive to the lot or shop to maintain drive clearance
  • Perform quality control by washing and vacuuming vehicles before customer return
  • Ensure vehicles are free from rags, tools, cleaning supplies, and grease stains
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned
  • Ensure safety and compliance with dealership procedures
