Job Requirements

- Previous experience in customer service or automotive service environment preferred
- Experience in handling and managing vehicles advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Move and park vehicles in designated areas to facilitate the service process
- Assist service advisors and technicians in locating vehicles and preparing them for service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service lot and work areas
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any issues to the service team
- Ensure customer vehicles are returned in a clean and presentable condition
- Support the service department with various tasks as needed, ensuring a seamless workflow
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting customers in a professional manner
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
