- Ability to operate both standard and automatic vehicles
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods of time
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb in and out of vehicles for extended periods of time
- Ability to perform the required duties and responsibilities in a safe manner
- Ability to interact with customers, service advisors, technicians, service managers, parts associates, parts managers, sales associates, sales managers and others
- Friendly and outgoing manner
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work a predictable and consistent work schedule as determined by management and business needs, which may regularly involve weekend days
- Strong attention to detail

Job Duties
- Direct the flow of traffic on the dealership's service drive
- Park and retrieve vehicles efficiently
- Wash and vacuum cars to maintain cleanliness
- Assist service department staff with various tasks in the shop
- Interact professionally with customers, service advisors, technicians, and management
- Ensure all duties are performed safely
- Maintain attention to detail in all tasks
