Job Duties
- Move and park vehicles in designated areas to facilitate the service process
- assist service advisors and technicians in locating vehicles and preparing them for service
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the service lot and work areas
- perform basic vehicle inspections and report any issues to the service team
- ensure customer vehicles are returned in a clean and presentable condition
- support the service department with various tasks as needed, ensuring a seamless workflow
- provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting customers in a professional manner
- adhere to all company policies and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
