Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Good physical condition able to perform manual labor tasks such as standing, bending, lifting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic with a positive and helpful attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Safely move vehicles within the service department
- Organize vehicles on the service lot according to dealership display standards
- Assist with customer vehicle pick-up and drop-off
- Provide a friendly and professional demeanor to customers
- Assist customers with loading and unloading belongings from their vehicles
- Answer basic customer questions and direct them to service advisors when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized service area
- Assist service advisors and technicians with tasks as directed
- May shuttle customers to and from dealership
- May perform errands for the service department such as picking up parts
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
