Job Requirements
- 2+ years of marine experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent degree preferred
- Valid driver's license and ability to be approved by the dealership's insurance company based on MVR record
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Ability to physically lift 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to operate a forklift
- Pass a background and motor vehicle record check
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of marine experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent degree preferred
- Valid driver's license and ability to be approved by the dealership's insurance company based on MVR record
- Knowledge and experience with sales of powersports and other products and services sold by the dealership, or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn them
- Passion for the boating lifestyle and community
- Attention to detail
- High energy level needed
- Maintain a positive attitude and relationship with all other employees
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Proficient in meeting deadlines on a timely manner
Job Duties
- Provide prompt, dependable, high-quality service to internal and external customers
- Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Maintain clean, efficient work areas and service facility, including dealership property such as work trucks and trailers
- Transfer units in and out of the Service Department
- Forklift operations
- Wash/Detail all units
- Unload new units off freight trucks
- Assembly and PDI of new units
- Maintain the entire lot
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
