Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, and lifting
  • strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • no prior automotive industry experience required

Job Duties

  • Safely move vehicles within the service department between service bays and parking lots
  • organize vehicles on the service lot according to dealership display standards
  • assist with customer vehicle pick-up and drop-off
  • provide a friendly and professional demeanor to customers
  • assist customers with loading and unloading belongings from their vehicles
  • answer basic customer questions and direct them to service advisors when needed
  • maintain a clean and organized service area including sweeping, vacuuming, and removing trash
  • assist service advisors and technicians with tasks as directed
  • shuttle customers to and from dealership if applicable
  • perform errands for the service department such as picking up parts
  • adhere to all safety regulations and procedures
  • perform other duties as assigned
