Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good physical condition able to perform manual labor
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • Safely move vehicles within the service department (between service bays, parking lots, etc.)
  • Organize vehicles on the service lot according to dealership display standards
  • Assist with customer vehicle pick-up and drop-off
  • Provide a friendly and professional demeanor to customers
  • Assist customers with loading and unloading belongings from their vehicles
  • Answer basic customer questions and direct them to service advisors when needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized service area (sweeping, vacuuming, removing trash)
  • Assist service advisors and technicians with tasks as directed
  • May shuttle customers to and from dealership (if applicable)
  • Perform errands for the service department, such as picking up parts
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
