Job Requirements
- Ability to operate both standard and automatic vehicles
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb in and out of vehicles for long durations
- Ability to perform duties in a safe manner
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work a consistent schedule including weekends as needed
- Ability to pass pre-employment background checks including reference checks, motor vehicle record checks, and drug testing
- Must hold a current, valid driver’s license
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must be eligible to work in the USA
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in automotive service or customer service roles is a plus
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Ability to interact effectively with a range of people including customers and dealership staff
- Friendly and outgoing manner
- Strong work ethic
- Attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Job Duties
- Direct the flow of traffic on the dealership's service drive
- Provide general assistance to the service department throughout the day
- Support service advisors, technicians, and parts associates as needed
- Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the service area
- Operate both standard and automatic vehicles for vehicle movement
- Maintain a friendly and outgoing demeanor while interacting with customers and staff
- Assist in coordinating the movement and parking of vehicles in the service department
