Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions
Strong communication skills and customer-first attitude

Job Duties

Greet customers as they arrive and assist with vehicle check-in
Safely move vehicles to designated service and parking areas
Keep the service drive clean, organized, and running smoothly
Assist with vehicle inspections, fluid top-offs, and basic maintenance checks
Provide shuttle services or valet assistance for customers as needed
Ensure that customers have a positive and seamless experience from drop-off to pick-up
Work closely with the service advisors to ensure efficient workflow and timely service delivery
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of customer vehicles when returned after service
