Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license with an approved Motor Vehicle Record according to insurance requirements
- Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Desire to provide outstanding customer service
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug test

Job Duties
- Greets guests on the service drive and places seat covers and floor mats in vehicles for the technicians
- Washes all customer vehicles that have been serviced
- Drops off/picks up service customers in the courtesy van
- Maintains cleanliness of service drive, customer lounge, courtesy van, etc.
- Assists Service Manager, Service Advisors, and Service Technicians with service-related tasks
- Ensures an exceptional service visit experience for guests
- Operates vehicles safely in tight spaces
