Job Requirements

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Have prior experience leading others
  • Possess or be willing to obtain necessary certifications
  • Demonstrate willingness to learn, adapt, and seek new skills and experiences
  • Have a history of ensuring customers have a seamless shopping experience
  • Use time and resources effectively
  • Act with integrity, pride, and passion daily
  • For bakery: Have 1 year or more experience as a baker
  • For meat: Have knowledge of and ability to process different meat cuts and use meat processing tools

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience leading others
  • Experience in the relevant department such as bakery or meat
  • Ability to meet certification requirements as needed
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent time management and resource allocation abilities
  • Ability to act with integrity, pride, and passion consistently
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and acquire new skills

Job Duties

  • Ensure day-to-day operations and sales of the department run smoothly
  • Lead and engage the department team fostering teamwork and camaraderie
  • Recognize and support individual and team contributions for growth
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to create loyal customers
  • Monitor and manage department performance metrics and goals
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Coordinate training and development activities for team members
