Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or management role in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership
- Knowledge of front of house operations
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with liquor laws and safety regulations

Job Duties
- Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- Enforcing compliance with all employment policies and overseeing cleanliness of restaurant and safety of guests
- Providing or directing all Front of House training
- Managing performance of Front of House employees including conducting performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
- Enforcing applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
- Assisting with the development of key employees, assistant managers, and hourly employees by providing daily feedback
- Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring or recommending the hiring of Front of House employees
- Directing work including setting hours, weekly schedules, and task assignments
- Creating a fun, safe environment by following core values, operational goals, and implementing contests and incentives
- Understanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling procedures
