Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service or management role in the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership
  • Knowledge of front of house operations
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with liquor laws and safety regulations
  • Experience in staff training and development
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
  • Enforcing compliance with all employment policies and overseeing cleanliness of restaurant and safety of guests
  • Providing or directing all Front of House training
  • Managing performance of Front of House employees including conducting performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
  • Enforcing applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
  • Assisting with the development of key employees, assistant managers, and hourly employees by providing daily feedback
  • Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring or recommending the hiring of Front of House employees
  • Directing work including setting hours, weekly schedules, and task assignments
  • Creating a fun, safe environment by following core values, operational goals, and implementing contests and incentives
  • Understanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling procedures
