Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or related role
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • knowledge of liquor laws and regulations
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • basic computer skills

Job Duties

  • Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
  • enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
  • providing or directing front of house training
  • managing performance including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
  • enforcing liquor laws and responsible alcohol service guidelines
  • developing key employees through daily feedback and coaching
  • reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring front of house employees
  • directing work including scheduling and task assignment
  • creating a fun and safe environment through contests, theme nights, and staff incentives
  • understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
