Job Duties
- Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
- providing or directing front of house training
- managing performance including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
- enforcing liquor laws and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- developing key employees through daily feedback and coaching
- reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring front of house employees
- directing work including scheduling and task assignment
- creating a fun and safe environment through contests, theme nights, and staff incentives
- understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
